We are very excited about your visit to 4C Ag Service and are sure you will have a great time. It will be an experience you will never forget.

(1) Individuals will be allowed to pet, groom and feed the animals.
You may feed, pet and groom animals at your own risk, along with assistance from our certified staff.

(2) Please be sure that old clothes and shoes are worn to the farm.
This is a real farm—watch your step!! :) No open toed shoes please. 4C Ag Service will provide bug repellant and sun screen, but you are welcome to send your personal choice.

(3) We often take photos and/or videos of our farm visitors interacting with the animals,
These photos may appear on our website, in published materials and/or on Facebook or Instagram.
We will also share these photos with you via email or text, which ever you prefer.

ATTENDANCE/PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE
I wish to visit and/or participate in activities sponsored by the 4C Ag Service Farm Camp, at 18750 N.E. 122nd ST Jones, Ok 73049. I hereby grant 4C Ag Service Farm Camp permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the 4C Ag Service.
First Aid and Emergency Authorization: First Aid I acknowledge that camp activities come with a risk of injury. I further understand that the staff is trained in basic emergency response. I hereby give permission to certified staff to provide routine first aid and CPR, to seek emergency medical treatment, and/or to arrange related transportation for my child, as necessary. I agree to hold The Trustees of Reservations harmless for any loss, damage or injury to person or property that may arise out of my child’s participation in this program.
Behavior Policy: I understand that The Trustees strives to create a safe, fun and supportive environment. Campers are introduced to the basic rules of behavior at 4C Ag Service Farm Camp on the first day of the session. Furthermore, I understand that if a situation should arise in which my child is unable to follow the rules, acts in a manner that makes it impossible for the group to function normally, or displays behavior that jeopardizes the health and safety of an individual or the camp as a whole, 4C Ag Service reserves the right to remove my child from the session and will not allow a refund, partial or otherwise.
